New in this version: month-by-month calendar with day pop-ups, and a three-level access system.
- 01Use the role switcher in the colored bar to see the same screens as an admin, a manager, and a parent.
- 02On the Schedule tab, switch to Month, flip between July and September, and tap any day with a dot.
- 03Full admin → More → Teams is admin-only. Add a second team there and a switcher appears in the header — for admins only.
- 04Teams & seasons has a one-tap season roll: 11U becomes 12U, families carry over, last year goes to the archive.
